She has more than 25 years of experience in customer service, operations, and administration, by previously working in retail, public relations, scientific research and development, and energy efficiency consulting.
Crystal’s diverse professional experience has included project management and supporting chief-level executives, which has equipped her to provide the highest level of specialized customer care.
Crystal holds an Associate of Arts degree with honors from Las Positas College, Livermore, California. Her passion is to further her educational growth, as well as her goal to become licensed.
Crystal cherishes the time spent with her family and friends by leading her daughter’s Girl Scout troop, roller skating, and playing bocce.
